Baron Carr is a strategic communications leader, engagement journalist, and community architect with 25 years of experience across finance, brand marketing, wellness, and organizational leadership. He has spent a career building trust between institutions and the people they serve and noticed what was consistently missing. Not the talent. Not the stories. The infrastructure. The ownership. The platform that is rooted in our culture, built from our experience, and open to everyone who believes in the value we bring to the world.
